Girls’ Brigade Central Office exists to provide information, advice, resources and support for GB’s local church ministry around the country.
The staff team at GBCO is a mix of support staff and more ‘out and about’ staff, led by the Directors group.

FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR (full-time)
We’re looking for someone to work with our accounts and with our mail order service. You will need:
Ledger work experience
Accuracy with figures
Willingness to learn/action general finance duties and customer queries
Knowledge of Microsoft and SAGE
Team work skills
Salary: £13 - 15k
OFFICE MANAGER (full-time)
This role would suit someone who’s keen to help us organise our work well, and to contribute to the Christian aims of Girls’ Brigade. It involves

Salary: £17-£18,500 pa
GENERAL ADMINISTRATOR (full-time)
A great opportunity to learn office skills ‘on the job’ – would suit a school leaver/someone returning to work really well. It’s all about general office administration and involves:
Support for the office manager and team
Preparation for GB events
Microsoft office IT based tasks
Training available, including day release if appropriate
Salary: £10 – 11k pa

GB is seeking to appoint a Development Director
The Development Director will enable GB to fulfil its vision aims by taking responsibility for the establishing and development of pilot projects and evangelistic & discipleship initiatives.
This will involve:
Personal involvement in specific projects and initiatives
Production of project plans
Drive, to progress projects and initiatives
Progress monitoring, assessment of impact and adaptation
Seeking and handling projects funding applications
Strategic and spiritual leadership
Leadership and management of a development team
Working with key volunteers
Networking with other relevant groups and organisations
