In this new role Sharon is responsible for

Training Development:
Development and oversight of training
For Adult and Young Leaders, including Residential Training, Leader’s Pieces and National Young Leaders Training

Communication:
Oversight of communication throughout the GBEW network.
Still overseeing the Website and Editor of the View magazine and other GB publications

Programme Development:
Oversight of the development and delivery of programming and resources. Includes events, D of E, QA, Residential Events, Resources and SPES

GB advice Network:
Provision of support and advice for leaders.
Including new companies.
