Please note the new Booking conditions and arrangements

Bookings to be made by 15th December 2008. Once bookings have been made limited additional spaces may be available and requests should be sent to the address on the booking form. Any additions/cancellations after 15th December 2008 will be charged an administration fee of £10.00 per person.

All payments of £25 per person non returnable deposit must be received with the booking form. Your booking will not be confirmed unless this is the case.

Balance of payment will be invoiced by 27th February 2009 and should be paid by 31st March 2009.
